We want you and your little one to love every piece. We offer a 14-day return policy — 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return or exchange, email support@cardamomkisses.com and we’ll send instructions on where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
For an exchange, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away about any damage or defects.
