Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard (3–5 business days): $5 flat rate (free on orders over $35)
  • Expedited (1–2 business days): $15 flat rate

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cardamomkisses.com and we’ll make it right.


Returns

14-Day Guarantee
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How to Initiate

  1. Email support@cardamomkisses.com with your order number and return request.
  2. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label (domestic orders only).
  3. Ship it back within 7 days of label issuance.

Non-Returnable
Customized items and final-sale sets.


Refunds

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Notification
You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
