We hope you love your Cardamom Kisses—but if something's not quite right, we're here to help.

14-Day Guarantee
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed items.

Start by getting in touch
Email support@cardamomkisses.com with your order number and return request.

Once we approve your return, we'll send you clear instructions on where to send your item.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If you've changed your mind: You'll cover return shipping—we'll deduct the cost from your refund.
  • If your item arrived damaged or faulty: That's on us—we'll cover it.

Pack it with care

If you still have the original packaging, great! If not, just make sure everything's packed safely so it arrives back to us undamaged.

If your return arrives damaged or incomplete, we might only be able to offer a partial refund.

Want to swap for something else? We don't do direct exchanges. The easiest way is to return what you have, then place a new order for what you want once we approve your return.


Refunds

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
