1. Eligibility & Account

To place an order, you may be asked to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Product prices are shown in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

We may run promotions or discounts; those terms will be posted at the time of offer.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not a guarantee of acceptance; your order is fulfilled once it ships.

3. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that method.

All payments are processed securely; we do not store your full payment details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Rates:

Standard (3–5 business days): $5, free on orders $35+

Expedited (1–2 business days): $15 flat

International Shipping: Not available at this time.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or damaged packages; please contact us at support@cardamomkisses.com for assistance.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns: Unworn, unwashed items with tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@cardamomkisses.com to initiate.

Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid domestic return label; you must ship within 7 days of label issuance.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

No Exchanges: We do not process exchanges—please return and place a new order.

6. Product Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and code—is owned by Cardamom Kisses and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit content without our prior written consent.

Max Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Products will not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific Product.

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in USA, Nevada and you consent to their jurisdiction.
